Fair/Great prices and service.. If they had 10 stars I'd check that.. These folks are the best! This repair matched the other I had done months ago.. again if they had 10 stars, that's how I would rate them.. .. A place where you can leave your vehicle with confidence ...knowing it will be done right and the price will be reasonable.. They are the best!!

If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who gets your car fixed right the first time, look no further than Ben's Tire and Auto! I was recommended them by a friend, and when other mechanics couldn't fix my problem the first time, or would lie to me about the services I needed just because I am a female, or would upcharge me for simple fixes, Ben's Tire and Auto will never do that! When I bought a new car, I had them inspect various vehicles I would bring to them, and they would be honest with me about what was wrong with the cars, and they helped me to decide which car was a good buy and which one was not worth buying from a used car dealership. I continue to use them for service on my car to this day because I just can't trust anyone else. They are very nice, honest people!

I am super pleased with the experience I had with Ben's Tire and Auto Repair. I called on Thursday, and was able to drop my car off on Friday morning. They fixed it the same day, and it was ready for pick up that afternoon! The staff from the beginning, Mr. Franklin, was super nice and a pleasure to speak with, then of course, the owner, Ben, addressed all of our needs and concerns in a very professional manner! Ben and his staff are awesome. I was having issues with my trailer lights. I bought new bulbs, but that did not fix the problem. I called Ben Tires and Auto and told them what was going on with the trailer. They said to bring it by and we will get a guy on it. As soon as I pulled up they were waiting on me and had me fixed within 30 minutes.

Went by Ben’s looking for a rare wheel lock socket I needed. He was the only place it town that happen to have it. Ben went to great trouble and spent 30 minutes to an hour looking for this special socket. Then when they found it, they removed my wheel locks and didn’t charge me anything. I offered to pay them for their time, but they wouldn’t take anything. Not many people will stop what they’re doing (and they were very busy that day) and take their time to help with something like that, and even fewer would do it for free. Ben and his staff are really great people and will help any way they can.
