I hit a curb this afternoon and my tire was cut on the side. I pulled into the parking lot on Ashley Street to look at my tire. (Which was flat and ruined) a gentleman walked across the parking lot and asked if he could help me. I can't tell you how many times he walked across the hot parking lot to help me. He was so patient. He was definitely my guardian angel today. I asked his name. He said his name was Ben. I will definitely always remember his kindness and I highly recommend Ben's Tire & Auto Repair. I will definitely go there for any auto needs I might have from now on. Thank you so much Mr. Ben!

Amazing service! Went here with my gf because her hood popped up and hit her windshield, it wouldn't latch back down. They fixed it right on the spot free of charge!! Didn't take more than 30 mins. This should be your go to place other than dealerships, they won't rip you off. The dealership was gonna charge my 160$ just for a new hood latch since they said it wasn't fixable. Absolute life savers!

Outstanding shop, service, and team! We just moved to the area, and I could find this shop easily online. I now had three things done with my car: an oil change, an AC recharge, and an AC Compressor Kit change, all with excellent service! I admit there was a hiccup on my last visit. However, the team was so amiable, professional, and accommodating that we found a resolution. I can admit there is little I can say about myself or any customer with a hiccup because it can be frustrating, but the team reacted great! Overall, my experience with Mr. Ben was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonable with pricing, which is excellent for the community. I will surely be a returning customer! Thank you, Ben's Tire and Auto Repair.

Ben and his staff got me out of a difficult situation (sliced tire only 2 days old) on my recent trip to Valdosta. They were able to get me back on the road in less than an hour by providing a very servicable replacement tire at a total price that was much less than the labor cost alone that I incurred on the new tires purchased earlier in the week. So glad I found Ben's Tire! They were providing service to a number of customers when I came in so I assumed I would be there for a very long time - I was in/out in less than an hour. 5 Stars!!

This morning my truck broke down right in front of Ben's Tire & Auto Repair and I thought I was stuck. Walked into this shop and told them what happened. A gentleman by the name of Randy came to my rescue. I had no money and he didn't even hesitate to help me. He got my truck fixed and I was finally able to make it home. Thank you so much, Randy!! This repair matched the other I had done months ago.. again if they had 10 stars, that's how I would rate them.. .. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who gets your car fixed right the first time, look no further than Ben's Tire and Auto! I was recommended them by a friend, and when other mechanics couldn't fix my problem the first time, or would lie to me about the services I needed just because I am a female, or would upcharge me for simple fixes, Ben's Tire and Auto will never do that! When I bought a new car, I had them inspect various vehicles I would bring to them, and they would be honest with me about what was wrong with the cars, and they helped me to decide which car was a good buy and which one was not worth buying from a used car dealership. I continue to use them for service on my car to this day because I just can't trust anyone else. They are very nice, honest people!

I am super pleased with the experience I had with Ben's Tire and Auto Repair. I called on Thursday, and was able to drop my car off on Friday morning. They fixed it the same day, and it was ready for pick up that afternoon! The staff from the beginning, Mr. Franklin, was super nice and a pleasure to speak with, then of course, the owner, Ben, addressed all of our needs and concerns in a very professional manner! Ben and his staff are awesome. I was having issues with my trailer lights. I bought new bulbs, but that did not fix the problem. I called Ben Tires and Auto and told them what was going on with the trailer. They said to bring it by and we will get a guy on it.
